Frozen Vodka Passionfruit & Milky Oolong

Ingredients: 1 part BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
1 part Vodka
3 parts Water

Garnish: Mint sprig

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Mix BITE, vodka and water
2. Run in slush ice/granita machine until frozen
3. Adjust the machine to freeze more or less for the perfect result
4. Garnish with a mint sprig
