GIN MANGO & MISO

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Mango & Miso
40 ml Boatyard Double Gin
15 ml Lemon juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Orange and lime wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to combine
4. Garnish with an orange and lime wheel
