Ginger Sling

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Raspberry, Strawberry & Buchu
30 ml BITE Ginger, Lemon & Lime
40 ml Citadelle Gin
10 ml Lime juice
80 ml Sparkling water

Garnish: Raspberry & candied ginger

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a raspberry and candied ginger
