Goldberg Anaperitivo Fizz

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Anaperitivo
20 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
10 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Egg whites
Top Goldberg Ginger Ale

Garnish: Fresh thyme & grapefruit

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Dry shake all ingredients except ginger ale
2. Add ice and shake until chilled
3. Double strain into a chilled wine glass
4. Top with ginger ale and garnish with fresh thyme and grapefruit
