Goldberg Grapefruit Julep

Ingredients: 35 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
40 ml Vodka
10 ml Lime juice
10 ml Honey
Top with Goldberg Mediterranean Tonic

Garnish: Grapefruit & mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a wine glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with grapefruit and mint
