Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
40 ml Grey Goose
10 ml Lime juice
10 ml Honey
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Grapefruit & Mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a grapefruit & mint
