GRAPEFRUIT MOJITO

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
50 ml White rum
15 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh mint and grapefruit wedge

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Build the cocktail in a highball glass.
2. Add crushed or cubes of ice
3. Stir the cocktail
4. Garnish with fresh mint and a grapefruit wedge
