Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
30 ml Grey goose
30 ml Sparkling water
Top with Martini Prosecco

Garnish: Lemon

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a fresh lemon
