Hemingway Special

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
40 ml Veritas White Blended Rum
10 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Lime wheel & fresh mint

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes
3. Double strain into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint
