Hemingway’s Dream

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
50 ml Balancal Agricole Rum Amber
30 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Lime zest

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice and shake well
3. Fine strain into a coupette glass
4. Garnish with lime zest
