Ingredients:
40 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
50 ml Modino Senza
30 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Eggwhites
Garnish: Hibiscus Dust
Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Dry shake to foam up the eggwhites
3. Shake with ice cubes until chilled
4. Strain into a lowball with a big ice cube
5. Garnish with a sprinkle of hibiscus dust
