Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
20 ml Three Cents Plain Soda
Top Cocchi Brut Piemonte

Garnish: Mint & cucumber

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into wine glass
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
