Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
40 ml Italicus
TOP WITH Sparkling wine

Garnish: Grapefruit & fresh mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a spritz glass.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Stir to mix.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and fresh mint.
