Mojito

Ingredients: 40 ml Planteray Rum 3 Stars
40 ml BITE Mojito, Citrus & Mint
20 ml Lime juice
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Mint & lime

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
