Lavender Martini

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Lavender & Blueberries
45 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
15 ml Noilly Prat

Garnish: Lemon peel, expressed

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass or tin
2. Add ice
3. Stir to approx. 20% dilution
4. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
