Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink pepper
30 ml Malfy Gin Rosa
TOP WITH Sparkling wine

Garnish: Lemon wheel & mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a spritz glass.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Stir to mix.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint.
