40 ml BITE Coffee
40 ml Patron Reposado

Garnish: Lemon

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with lemon zest
