Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Mojito (citrus & mint)
30 ml Avua Plata Cachaca
20 ml Lime juice
Top with Champagne

Garnish: Mint leaf

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice and shake well
3. Pour Champagne in the bottom of the coupe
4. Strain on top of the Champagne
5. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf
