OLD MAID

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Cucumber & Lime
60 ml Balancal Tangerine Gin
30 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Lime & Mint

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes
4. Garnish with lime & mint.
