Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Cucumber & Lime
40 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
20 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Cucumber, lime & fresh mint

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes
3. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes
4. Garnish with cucumber, lime and mint
