Omakase

Ingredients: 40 ml Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky
20 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
10 ml Lemon juice
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Lemon zest

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
