OOLONG AURA

Ingredients: 60 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
30 ml Patron Reposado
30 ml Lime juice
20 ml Egg white (or vegan alternative)

Garnish: Grapefruit

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake / Wet shake
3. Fine strain into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with fresh grapefruit
