PASS TIME PASSION

Ingredients: 50 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
20 ml Lime juice
50 ml Wodka Vodka
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh mint & 1/4 passionfruit

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Shake all ingredients together in a shaker
2. Strain over crushed ice into a stemmed wine glass
3. Top with sparkling water
4. Garnish with 1⁄4 fresh passionfruit and mint.
