Ingredients:
30 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
40 ml Altos Plata Tequila
25 ml Lime juice
10 ml Eggwhites
Garnish: Half passionfruit
Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin
2. Dry shake to foam up the eggwhites
3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake hard for 12-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the cocktail into the coupe glass
5. Garnish with a half passionfruit
