Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
10 ml BITE Vanilla Bean
50 ml ISH Caribbean Spiced
10 ml Lime juice
Top with ISH Sparkling White

Garnish: ¼ passionfruit

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes
3. Strain into a cocktail glass
4. Garnish with ¼ passionfruit
