RED SOUR

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
60 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
30 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Eggwhites

Garnish: Lemon zest

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake without ice cubes
3. Shake again with ice cubes (10-15 seconds)
4. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes
5. Garnish with lemon zest
