RHUBARB DAIQUIRI

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
20 ml Lime juice
60 ml Havana Club 3 White Rum

Garnish: Serve without garnish

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes (10-15 seconds)
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
