Rhubarb Spritz

Ingredients: 30 ml Cocchi Americano
30 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Orange wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into wine glass
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
