RHUBARB STAR

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
40 ml Balancal Starfruit Spirit Drink
10 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Stir to mix.
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
