Ingredients:
20 ml BITE Cucumber & Lime
40 ml Mastiha
20 ml Absolut Vodka
10 ml Lemon Juice
Garnish: Fresh cucumber
Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice cubes
3. Shake until chilled (10-15 seconds)
4. Fine strain into a chilled coupe
5. Garnish with a slice of cucumber
