Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
30 ml Patron Reposado
30 ml Martini bitter
30 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Lime

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass
4. Garnish with fresh lime
