Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
60 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
30 ml Lime juice
20 ml Eggs whites (or vegan alternative)

Garnish: Naked

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker.
2. Dry shake / Wet shake.
3. Fine strain into a coupette glass.
