Ingredients: 20 ml Green Chartreuse
20 ml BITE Anaperitivo
40 ml Mezcal Encantado
10 ml BITE Organic Simple Syrup
10 ml Lemon juice

Garnish: Discarded orange peel

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients into shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake
4. Fine strain into a coupe
5. Garnish
