SPRING HIGHBALL

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
40 ml Copenhagen Distillery Dill Anise Akvavit
10 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh dill

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Pour BITE, lime juice and akvavit into a high-ball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Top with sparkling water
4. Gently stir
5. Garnish with fresh dill
