Strawberry Fizz

Ingredients: 30 ml Citadelle Gin
30 ml BITE Strawberry & Hibiscus
15 ml Lemon juice
5 drops Dr. Yannis Magic Foamer
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Strawberry skewer

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake
4. Fine strain into a highball
5. Top with sparkling ingredient
6. Garnish
