Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Thyme & Lemon
40 ml Nordi Etoh Thyme & Lemon Gin
60 ml Oh Deer Botanical Tonic

Garnish: Fresh thyme & lemon wedge

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Pour BITE and lemon gin into a high-ball
2. Fill with ice
3. Top with tonic
4. Garnish with thyme and lemon wedge.
