THYME & LEMON GIN MULE

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Thyme & Lemon
40 ml Boatyard Double Gin
10 ml Lemon juice
Top with Ginger Beer

Garnish: Lemon wheel & fresh thyme

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
