THYME SWIZZLE

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Thyme & Lemon
40 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
20 ml Lime juice
2 drops Angostura
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Thyme & Lemon

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a lemon & thyme
