TIKI NO. 2

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Mango & Miso
50 ml Lyres Dark Cane Spirit
10 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Sage leaves

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes for 10-15 seconds
3. Strain over crushed ice into a highball glass
4. Top with sparkling water
5. garnish with sage leaves.
