Tommy Heaney’s Highball

Ingredients: 40 ml Calvados Louis de Lauriston
40 ml BITE Peach Tea & Vanilla
20 ml Lemon juice
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Cherry

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
