Tropical Storm

Ingredients: 40 ml Planteray Original Dark Rum
30 ml BITE Ginger w/ Lemon & Lime
10 ml Lime juice
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Lime wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Top with sparkling ingredients
4. Gently mix up & down with a bar spoon
5. Garnish
