WINTER GINGER LEMONADE

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Ginger, Lemon & Lime
210 ml Sparkling water

Garnish: Lime & lemon wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a lime and lemon wheel
