CUCUMBER PALOMA

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Cucumber & Lime
50 ml Patron Silver
15 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh mint and a lime wheel

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Make a salt rim with lime juice on a high-ball glas
2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
3. Add ice cubes and shake for 10-15 seconds
4. Add crushed ice to the glass
5. Strain the cocktails
6. Top with sparkling water
7. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel
