Goldberg Thyme & Tonic

Ingredients: 35 ml BITE Thyme & Lemon
40 ml Gin
15 ml Lemon juice
Top with Goldberg Tonic Water

Garnish: Fresh thyme & lemon wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with fresh thyme and a lemon wheel
