Maple Sour

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Maple & Miso
50 ml FEW Rye Whiskey
30 ml Lemon juice
3 drops Dr. Yannis Magic Foamer

Garnish: Cinnamon stick + lemon peel

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Add ice and shake
3. Single strain into a small tin and discard the ice
4. Dry shake
5. Fine strain into a lowball glass
6. Add ice
7. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon peel
