Ingredients: 40 ml Citadelle Gin
30 ml BITE Mojito, Citrus & Mint
15 ml Lime juice
Top Cocchi Brut Piemonte

Garnish: Mint sprig

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Top with sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
