Spring Thyme

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Thyme & Lemon
40 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
10 ml Lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
80 ml Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh lemon thyme

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with fresh lemon thyme
