BITING BERRY

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Raspberry, Strawberry & Buchu
10 ml BITE Ginger, Lemon & Lime
40 ml 42 Below Vodka
20 ml Bad Company Orange Liqueur
30 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Eggwhites

Garnish: Raspberries on a skewer

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake / Wet shake
3. Fine strain into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with raspberries on a skewer
