Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Iced Coffee
10 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry
40 ml Bacardi Reserva Ocho
20 ml Apple juice
1 dash Angostura Bitter

Garnish: Orange zest

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
2. Add plenty of ice cubes
3. Stir until chilled and diluted - 10-15 seconds
4. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes or one large ice block.
5. Garnish with orange zest.
