Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
40 ml Malfy Gin Rosa
30 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Eggwhites

Garnish: Lemon zest

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
2. Dry Shake for 10-12 seconds, then shake again with ice cubes.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon zest.
